    What is our MOQ? What is your terms of payment?

    Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for integrated circuits (IC) is greater than 10 units. Customers have the option to order a comprehensive selection of circuit boards, control panels, fans, and other related accessories for frequency converters, with orders starting from a single piece.

     

    Regarding payment terms, we accept a variety of methods including Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), PAYPAL, Western Union, and credit card. For regular or larger customers, we are open to discussing and negotiating alternative payment arrangements to suit their needs..

    What's Our return policy?

    For the purpose of returning and replacing products, kindly ensure that the original packaging remains intact, encompassing both the outer and inner packaging, and that the product label remains in pristine condition.

     

    In the event of a product quality issue, the customer is obligated to furnish a comprehensive performance test report in English, which shall serve as the foundation for negotiations between FYx and the supplier.
